Your first visit to Ramsey Dental Group establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. On this page you'll find our Mission Statement, which outlines our committment of excellent care to you as our patient, in addition to important medical forms, directions to our office, and what to expect at your first visit. You can save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. Please be sure to bring a list of medications you are currently taking. If possible, also please have your previous x-rays forwarded to our office so we may evaluate the need for additional x-rays if necessary. Please forward any x-rays to [email protected]
